Using a clean dry spatula, apply a pea sized dab of toothpaste to toothbrush, then brush teeth for two minutes. Spit. Use morning and night. Children under 6: Consult your dental professional before using this product.

It’s fantastic. Has a lovely lemon flavor, not a tart flavor. I don’t find it sweet. I will buy it again.
