Using a clean dry spatula, apply a pea sized dab of toothpaste to toothbrush, then brush teeth for two minutes. Spit. Use morning and night. Children under 6: Consult your dental professional before using this product.

This stuff is great! I’ve been looking for a good plastic free toothpaste for a while, so I’m very happy to have found this! Tablets tend to go stale quite quickly, so the jar format seems to be the way to go. Great minty flavour and texture. I also love the stainless steel scoop.
