Isolate your teeth
Find a mirror and give yourself a big smile! This will determine whether you need to whiten both your top and bottom teeth, or just the top. Your whitening kit contains 4 reusable cotton rolls in both large and small sizes. There’s a reason why dentists love cotton rolls! They keep your teeth dry, as well as keeping the gel off your lips. Place one of the cotton rolls right up into the space between your top lip and top teeth. Do the same for the bottom lip and teeth.
Paint the whitening gel onto your teeth
Use the included brush to apply a moderate to thick coating of gel to your front 6 teeth (think canine to canine). You may do just the upper, or both upper and lower. Try to avoid getting the gel on your gumline.
Wait 10-15 minutes
Relax with a book, or scroll your phone for approx 10 -15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. If you are whitening your lower teeth, you may need to hold the your lip down to keep the lower roll in place. The area where the lower roll sits has lots of salivary ducts, so you may find it gets damp quickly! Remove the cotton rolls, using them to wipe off remaining gel. Rinse thoroughly with warm water to remove all gel.
Apply Solid Sensitive Toothpaste
Wipe a small amount of Solid sensitive toothpaste on your whitened teeth (don’t rinse). Some people can experience some mild, temporary tooth sensitivity when they whiten their teeth. To prevent this potential sensitivity, we recommend using a sensitive toothpaste to brush your teeth over the course of your whitening.

How often should I whiten my teeth?
Typically, a course of home whitening is 7-10 applications over 7-10 days. If you have sensitive teeth, apply every second day. So, 7-10 applications over 14-20 days. Make sure to use a sensitive toothpaste at the same time.
What if I have leftover gel?
Store your gel in the fridge and use it for touch-ups. As long as it remains in the gel form, it can be used. After 4-6 months it will break down into a liquid, and should then be discarded.
What are the ingredients?
Glycerin, water, xylitol, hydrogen peroxide (6.9%), peppermint oil, carbomer, sodium hydroxide.
Safety and storage
You may notice bubbling, tingling, and/or increased saliva – this is normal. However – if you experience irritation or stinging, rinse off immediately and discontinue use. If irritation continues, consult your dentist. Use for longer than 14 consecutive days is not recommended except under the supervision of a dentist. Not recommended for use on children under 16 years of age. Avoid swallowing. Avoid direct contact of the product with gums or eyes. May cause skin irritation. In case of skin contact – wash with soap and water. May cause eye irritation. In case of eye contact – flush with lots of running water and seek medical advice. Questions?
