Calcium carbonate, xylitol, glycerin, water, sodium bicarbonate, coconut oil, flavour oil, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, guar gum, xanthan gum, menthol, monk fruit extract; contains 1000ppm fluoride as sodium monofluorophosphate. More information on each ingredient.
Using a clean dry spatula, apply a pea sized dab of toothpaste to toothbrush, then brush teeth for two minutes. Spit. Use morning and night. Children under 6: Use a smear of paste and brush with adult supervision.
Store out of reach of children and pets. This product is self preserving. Close lid after use.

The toothpaste flavour is fine. My issue is that the toothpaste falls of the toothbrush, it’s dry, even with a wet toothbrush & running it under the tap.

Sorry, I didn’t like the product. It’s hard to get on the toothbrush even with the help of the applicator. It’s a hard, thick consistency and does not want to stick.

I’ve been very happy with this toothpaste so far. The flavour is just like my old toothpaste and my teeth feel just as clean. I’m not sure why it’s called solid toothpaste though, as it’s the same consistency of tube toothpaste. Anyway, will definitely keep buying and using this!
